October 2020 Wellness Goals

Goals:

  • Workout for 30 minutes min. 5 times a week on treadmill or outdoor walk. Mon – Fri.
  • Eat more fat, Eat less sugar daily, Eat less carbs daily, ramp up veggie intake daily
  • Read 2 self help, personal development books
  • Read 2 business books
  • Study section 2 of the Life Coaching module – Udemy
  • Study 5 hours of CBT module – Udemy
  • Have more fun this month
  • Pumpkins and all the Autumn fun stuff to do, do it!

Cooler Weather and Exercise

Do you notice an uptick in exercise sessions or length when the weather cools down?

I am so grateful for today my weather is cooling down. I took a walk in 50f weather with clouds this morning. I find the cooler air to help me go further and longer. Less sweating and more doing. I either take a nice walk around the neighborhood or I walk on my treadmill in the garage with the door open. I also spend the weekend on the local trails/parks if weather permits walking/hiking.

Welcome Autumn 2020. It’s been one heck of a year. But I am happy to have cooler weather, leaves falling, and autumn’s rich color palette to view.
